We don't offer exchanges, but we'll gladly refund your Willow Hygiene products within 30 days of purchase, minus return shipping. Refunds do not include the original shipping cost (if applicable). Refunds will only be issued back to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Our Roll-Ons are refillable. When you're ready to refill your Roll-On, unscrew the roll ball top and take off. Fill container with Refill and screw the top back on to keep using.
